Fair Copy Edit puts the method in your hands. If you would rather not hold it at all, we’ll do the whole job: you send the recording, and we send back the finished video, any Shorts that genuinely stand on their own, and our working.
Not the same as buying the editor
Two ways to a fair copy, bought separately.
This is a separate, boutique service, arranged directly with us. Buying Fair Copy Edit gives you the software to do the editing yourself. A commission buys our time, our judgement and our copy of the system, and you never need to install anything.

Every publisher keeps a house style: the rules its editors follow. We write one for your channel, covering what matters, what’s off-limits and how it should look and sound, and you correct it until it’s right.

You send it. We read it, mark it up and cut it under your house style.

You get the finished video, any Shorts that genuinely stand on their own, and the edit notes: what stayed, what went, and why.

Who it’s for
People with something worth saying and no wish to become video editors: teachers and preachers, podcasters and interviewers, consultants, commentators, and anyone whose recordings carry an argument that has to survive the edit.
Good to know first
Separate house styles for each client are still being built, and the method hasn’t yet been proven far outside our own subject area. A first recording is how we both find out, before you commit to anything more.

Edited for you is deliberately small. There are no public prices, no packages and no online checkout. Tell us about your recordings, and if it looks like a good fit and we have room, we’ll talk through how it would work and what it would cost.
